Manager and Physiotherapist
Khun Kodchakorn, who goes by Ked, is the manager and physiotherapist at Form Physio and Rehab. She graduated from Mae Fah Luang University up in Chiang Mai with a Bachelor of Physical Therapy.
Ked started off working here as a Physiotherapist. With hard work, loyalty, and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done, she quickly got promoted to be our manager! Ked does a lot of the work behind the scenes to ensure that everyone, both clients and our team, are happy! She is now the ‘go-to’ person for all our team members at Form Physio and Rehab.
On top of that, she loves Physiotherapy and is always learning more about our body and ways to improve our quality of treatment. We often joke that if she’s not at the clinic, she’s at another physiotherapy course learning something new.

Rikhi Anandsongkit
Owner and Director
Rikhi is the owner and director at Form Physio and Rehab. He works closely with his team of expert physiotherapists to ensure that all their clients are happy and treatment plans are on track so that they continue to be the go-to clinic for people aged 40+ in Bangkok.
Rikhi focuses on helping adults who desire to become active and mobile but have been let down by previous physical therapy treatments, doctors, or other treatments. In fact, he has had lower back pain himself and many of his family members have suffered similar injuries, some more severe than the others. Their struggles led to this progressive and holistic style of treatment that treats the client as a person first and patient second treats the body as a whole and addresses the root cause of the pain. This treatment method now helps many active adults in Bangkok put their own injury struggles behind them so they can do what they love. His family’s health is far better off today because of Form Physio and Rehab and Rikhi believes that all adults should have confidence in knowing that their body can stand up to any task and stay mobile without the worry of lingering injuries slowing them down.

Boss has been an important member of improving our quality of treatment, from start to end, and continues to find ways to make it better. He’s always learning more and if you need someone to talk to, Boss is an excellent listener!

Best of all, she ensures that her clients have fun, smile, and laugh during their sessions as she really believes in the power of positivity.
When Im is not treating her clients, she is busy chatting and entertaining other clients as they tend to come 10-15 minutes before and stay 15-20 minutes after their treatment…just to chat with her & the others at the front desk!
